1.Cancellation Procedures

1. Notification: Clients are required to provide written notice of cancellation to US Local Pro LLC. This notice should include the client’s name, project details, the reason and effective date of cancellation.

2.Cancellation Fees

1. Project Stage:If a project is in progress at the time of cancellation, the client may be subject to cancellation fees based on the project’s stage and the work completed.
2. Fees Calculation:Cancellation fees will be determined based on the percentage of work completed and the resources allocated to the project up to the cancellation date.

3.Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:Cancellation fees are non-refundable. However, if any fees were paid in advance for services not yet rendered, a refund may be issued for the unused portion.
2. Refund Process:Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the cancellation date. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

4.Termination for Cause

1. Breach of Agreement:US Local Pro LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches any terms of the service agreement, including failure to make payments or provide necessary information.
2. No Refund: In cases of termination for cause, no refunds or cancellation fees will be applicable.

5.Modification of Services

1. Client-Requested Changes: If a client requests a modification or change to the scope of services after the project has commenced, any resulting delays or additional costs may be subject to adjustment.

6. Amendments to the Cancellation Policy

Updates: US Local Pro LLC reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
