Upon Signature:

You will receive:
1. An onboarding call
2. Project verification
3. Strategy planning session
4. A dedicated account manager for your project
5. Regular project updates throughout development

6. Engagement Term & Billing Structure
This agreement operates on a rolling monthly basis with no long-term contractual obligation for monthly optimization services.
Website Development is a one-time project, while SEO and Google Business Profile Optimization are billed monthly in advance until cancelled according to this agreement.
Either party may terminate monthly services by providing 30 days written notice.
Termination of monthly services does not affect ownership of the completed website.
4. Payment Terms
We are committed to delivering measurable results and maintaining complete transparency throughout the process. You will receive a detailed monthly report highlighting the work completed and the progress achieved during the previous month. If we fail to deliver your website as agreed, or if your business does not achieve a first-page Google ranking within the committed 30-day timeframe (subject to the agreed scope and terms), we will provide you with a refund.

5. Refund Policy: 
Refunds are only applicable if we fail to meet the commitments outlined above. Refund requests based on a change of mind, change in business priorities, or any reason unrelated to our failure to deliver the agreed services are not eligible for a refund.

6. Satisfaction & Corrections
Client may request reasonable corrections during development.
Following website completion, US LOCAL PRO LLC shall correct website-related errors resulting from its own work for 60 days at no additional charge.
This warranty does not include:
● New features
● Additional pages
● Third-party software issues
● Client-made modifications
● Malware caused by external sources

7. Reporting Transparency
Monthly reports shall include:
● Work completed
● Website updates
● Google Business Profile updates
● Keyword rankings
● Website traffic
● Search visibility
● Technical SEO improvements
● AI/LLM optimization activities
● Website performance statistics
● Recommendations for future improvements

8. Website Ownership
Upon full payment of the Website Development fee, FirstFixPro LLC shall become the sole owner of:
● Website
● Source Code
● Website Design
● Graphics created for the project
● Content created for the project
● Databases
● SEO work performed
● AI/LLM optimization work
● All intellectual property specifically created for the Client
US LOCAL PRO LLC retains ownership of its internal software, development tools, templates, frameworks, and proprietary systems used during development.

9. Domain Name
The domain name shall remain the legal property of FirstFixPro LLC.
If the Company registers the domain on behalf of the Client, it shall immediately transfer ownership upon request.

10. Hosting
The hosting account shall be opened under the Client's business name and email whenever possible.
US LOCAL PRO LLC may receive administrator access solely for management purposes but shall not be the account owner.

11. Access Credentials
Upon project completion and full payment, the Client shall receive access to all applicable accounts, including:
● WordPress Administrator
● Hosting Account
● Domain Registrar
● Google Business Profile
● Google Analytics
● Google Search Console
● Cloudflare (if applicable)
● Email Accounts
● Any third-party services created for the project

12. Project Timeline
Website development shall be completed within 2 to 3 working days after receiving all required content, approvals, and initial payment.
Delays caused by missing information or approvals from the Client shall extend the completion date accordingly.

13. Lifetime Website Maintenance & Customer Support
The one-time Website Development fee includes complimentary Lifetime Website Maintenance and Customer Support.
This includes:
● Minor website edits
● Technical assistance
● Plugin compatibility support
● Website troubleshooting
● Security guidance
Lifetime Support does not include:
● Complete redesigns
● New functionality
● New page creation
● Premium plugin purchases
● Hosting fees
● Third-party software costs
Standard response time is 1–2 business days, while critical website issues will receive priority support as reasonably possible.

Agreement Details:

This agreement is made between US LOCAL PRO LLC and First Fix Pro on 07-30-2026. I, IGOR, authorize payment to US LOCAL PRO LLC and confirm  that I am purchasing the following services:

Website Development + Website Optimization (LLMs & AIO) and GMB optimization services:

The Services include:

• Website Development 
• Website Optimization
• LLMs and AIO Optimization
• GMB Optimization

Marketing payment: $250 monthly. No contract

Website Development – One-Time Payment: $650 (Life-time free maintenance and Customer support). $350 upfront and the remaining $300 upon completion of the website.
Total Amount: $900 
NOTE: $600 is being paid now, and the remaining amount of $300 will be due upon completion of the website.
