We are thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you with your website development services project. Below is the scope of work as discussed. Kindly agree to the following terms before we commence:
Upon Signature:
- You will receive a call for onboarding, details verification, and implementation.
- For any Add-Ons, an accounts manager will be assigned to your WordPress project.
- All payments are non-Refundable.
- Upon project completion and review with your representative, you will sign off on your WordPress project as 100% satisfactory.
- Delivery and upload will commence to your WordPress platform of choice.
Agreement Details:
This agreement is made between US LOCAL PRO LLC and Milligan's Landscape Services on 16-02-2026. I, David A Milligan, as a representative of Milligan's Landscape Services, acknowledge that the payment for the following website Development Services will be made directly by Milligan's Landscape Services.
US LOCAL PRO LLC is authorized to provide the specified services as outlined in this agreement.

- Lifetime maintenance and customer support are covered under the package
- Pages will be customized for your brand
- One Time Payment: $450
