We’re excited to help you grow your online presence through our Website SEO and GMB Optimization services. Please review the agreement below and confirm your acceptance of proceeding with the project.

Upon Signature:

You will receive a call for onboarding, service verification, and strategy implementation.
A dedicated account manager will be assigned to your project for any add-on SEO or GMB services.

1. Engagement Term & Billing Structure

This agreement operates on a rolling monthly basis with no long term contractual lock in. Services are billed monthly in advance and will continue unless terminated in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

2. Cancellation Policy

Client may cancel services at any time by providing thirty (30) days’ prior written notice before the next billing date. The Client agrees to fulfill payment for the final billing cycle, during which the Company will complete all agreed upon services. No further charges will apply beyond this final cycle.

3. Payment Terms

All payments made are non refundable in accordance with company policy, as resources, time allocation, and service execution are committed upon initiation of each billing cycle.

4. Satisfaction & Corrections

Client shall have the right to request reasonable corrections to the work performed during each monthly billing cycle. Upon review and good‑faith discussion with Client, the Company will make such reasonable corrections as are necessary to achieve Client’s reasonable satisfaction. Client’s approval of any deliverable shall not waive Client’s right to request further reasonable corrections consistent with this Section.

5. Scope of Work & Monthly Deliverables

The Company will execute a structured dual channel optimization strategy comprising:

A. Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization Reporting

Monthly report to include:

● GBP optimization activities and updates
● Targeted keyword mapping and local intent alignment
● Ranking improvements and visibility tracking
● Traffic insights and engagement analytics
● Conversion signals and interaction metrics
● Strategic next step recommendations

B. Website SEO Performance Reporting

Monthly report to include:

● On page SEO implementations (metadata, internal linking, structural enhancements)
● Keyword targeting and SERP positioning updates
● Technical improvements and content optimization changes
● Detailed breakdown of implemented website changes
● Strategic roadmap for upcoming SEO activities

C. Authority Building (Backlinks & Citations)

● Initial month: 15–20 backlinks and citation placements
● Ongoing months: 30–40 backlinks per month
● Focus on enhancement, local citations, and relevance driven link acquisition

6. Approval Protocol for Website Changes

Any modifications including, but not limited to, new pages, structural changes, content updates, schema implementation, plugin changes, and metadata adjustments will be submitted for client approval prior to publishing.

7. Ownership of Digital Assets

All digital assets, including but not limited to the website, domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and associated accounts, shall remain the sole property of the Client. The Company is granted access strictly for service execution purposes.

8. Access Permissions (GBP)

The Company will operate under Manager level access for the Google Business Profile and does not require Primary Ownership privileges.

9. Content Approval Process

All content, including AI assisted or manually developed materials, will be reviewed for quality, accuracy, originality, and compliance, and will be submitted for client approval prior to publication.

10. Ethical SEO Practices

The Company strictly adheres to industry best practices and search engine guidelines. The following are strictly prohibited:

● Fake, incentivized, or manipulated reviews
● Spam backlinks or private blog networks (PBNs)
● Review gating or deceptive engagement tactics
● Any SEO practices that violate platform policies

11. Reporting Transparency

Monthly reporting will clearly outline:

● Work completed during the cycle
● Website and GBP updates
● Keyword strategy and performance
● Traffic, ranking, and engagement insights
● Actionable next steps for campaign progression

This agreement is made between US LOCAL PRO LLC and Home Systems California on 05-04-2026. I, Doron Geyer, authorize payment to US LOCAL PRO LLC and confirm that I am purchasing the following services:
