Ad Spend Disclaimer

All Meta advertising spend (Facebook & Instagram ad budget) is paid directly by the client to Meta Platforms. US LOCAL PRO LLC is not responsible for advertising spend costs.

Payment Terms

• Total Service Fee: $599 (one-time payment for 6 months)
• Payment is non-refundable once services commence
• Payment covers strategy, setup, management, optimization, and reporting for full duration

Reporting Transparency

Monthly performance reports will include:

• Ad spend performance overview
• Leads generated and conversion tracking
• Cost per lead (CPL) and campaign ROI
• Audience insights and engagement metrics
• Optimization actions and next-step strategy

Contract Confirmation

This contract is made between US LOCAL PRO LLC and Go Cozy Carpet on 06-22-2026. I, Joseph, authorize payment to US LOCAL PRO LLC and confirm that I am purchasing the Meta Ads Management & Lead Generation Services described above.
