Upon Acknowledgement:
1. A designated project coordinator will initiate the onboarding process and schedule a discovery call to discuss your specific requirements for the booking form.
2. You will receive a dedicated point of contact for the duration of the development phase to ensure smooth communication and project progression.
3. Engagement Term & Billing Structure
This agreement covers a one-time development project and an annual support plan. The development phase will commence upon receipt of the setup fee. Following the completion and deployment of the booking form, the annual support and maintenance plan will take effect.
4. Cancellation Policy
Client may cancel the annual support plan at any time by providing thirty (30) days' prior written notice before the next billing date. The Client agrees to fulfill payment for the final billing cycle, during which the Company will provide all agreed-upon support services. No further charges will apply beyond this final cycle. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable upon commencement of development.
5. Payment Terms
All payments made are non-refundable in accordance with company policy, as resources, time allocation, and service execution are committed upon initiation of the project or each billing cycle.
6. Satisfaction & Corrections
Client shall have the right to request reasonable corrections to the work performed during the development phase. Upon review and good-faith discussion with Client, the Company will make such reasonable corrections as are necessary to achieve Client's reasonable satisfaction. Client's approval of the final deliverable shall not waive Client's right to request further reasonable corrections consistent with this Section.

Throughout the development timeline, you will receive clear updates on:
Development Milestones: Tracking progress from design to deployment.
Functionality Testing: Ensuring the form works seamlessly.
Feature Integration: Confirming all requested elements are included.
Deployment Timeline: Clarity on the launch date and post-launch support.
