Ad Spend Disclaimer
All Meta advertising spend (Facebook & Instagram ad budget) is paid directly by the client to Meta Platforms. US LOCAL PRO LLC is not responsible for advertising spend costs.
Payment Terms
- Total Service Fee: $599 (one-time payment for 6 months)
- Payment is non-refundable once services commence
- Payment covers strategy, setup, management, optimization, and reporting for full duration
Reporting Transparency
Monthly performance reports will include:
- Ad spend performance overview
- Leads generated and conversion tracking
- Cost per lead (CPL) and campaign ROI
- Audience insights and engagement metrics

Contract Confirmation
This contract is made between US LOCAL PRO LLC and Justo Cleaning Services LLC on 06-23-2026. I, Taurino Justo, authorize payment to US LOCAL PRO LLC and confirm that I am purchasing the Meta Ads Management & Lead Generation Services described above.

Total Amount: $599 for 6 months. Partial payments: $300 upfront and the remaining $300 due within the same month.
